If, however, you made a mistake or you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened Ruby of the Sea products to us within (90) days of purchase. We will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds

Upon receiving the eligible product, we will verify that it qualifies for a refund, and will then issue the refund the full purchase amount back to the original method of payment. If purchased by credit card, refunds may appear on your statement in 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.
